Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to: (1) reply to your quote and contact requests; (2) organize and perform the transport services; (3) comply with our legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and legal obligations. Providing your contact details is required to process your request — without it we cannot reply. No automated decision-making or profiling is used. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies; all communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
Retention period
Quote-request and contact emails are kept in our Infomaniak mailbox for 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted. Accounting records related to performed services are kept for 10 years pursuant to Swiss Code of Obligations art. 958f.
Processors and transfers
We rely on the following processors: Vercel (web hosting, USA), Infomaniak (email delivery, Switzerland), and optionally Cloudflare (anti-spam, USA). Transfers outside Switzerland/EU are framed by Standard Contractual Clauses and the safeguards provided by the FADP and GDPR. No data is stored in an external database: requests reach us by email and stay in our Infomaniak mailbox (hosted in Switzerland).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@swissrivieratours.ch with proof of identity (we respond within 30 days). If your rights are not respected, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, www.edoeb.admin.ch) or the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU.
